ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth and Business Development: Monitoring and Ensuring Productivity and Profitability for Business of Assigned Regions and Divisions within Odisha & West Bengal. Leading a branch network of 60-100 branches of JLG, IL, CPP & other Products.
Portfolio and Risk Management: Ensuring the Daily Reporting of Branches on MTD Collection Efficiency & Matured Clients Collection Efficiency.
Branch Process Compliance: Ensuring compliance of Credit Policies across the Mapped Region, Monitoring Staff Performance – RMs/ DMs/ CMs Branch Managers & Field staff.
Oversight: Monitoring Regions on various Field Processes, like Centre Meetings, MGT, GET, Customer Discipline, Loan Utilization and Debt etc.
Manpower Management: Managing Growth Plans for the Zone, maintaining a Repository of Potential Candidates for all Profiles.
