ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 LOLC India Finance is looking for a dynamic and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at the Head Office in Mumbai. If you have a strong understanding of credit assessment, risk analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management, and you’re passionate about driving sound lending practices — we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating loan applications and assessing borrower creditworthiness
  • Monitoring loan performance and managing collections
  • Developing and reviewing credit policies and risk frameworks
  • Collaborating with business teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Ensuring compliance and credit process excellence

Required Skills:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 💼 3– 5 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management within the BFSI sector
  • 💡 Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
