ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our Micro Loans team. The role involves sourcing and acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end loan processes, ensuring timely disbursements, and supporting clients throughout their loan journey. The Sales Officer will also be responsible for customer relationship management, collections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Visit potential customers, understand their financial needs.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, on-ground activities, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of MSME clients.
  • Conduct residence and business verification, along with KYC checks.
  • Guide clients in completing loan application forms and required documentation.

  • Loan Disbursement & Portfolio Management

  • Provide pre-disbursement training to clients.
  • Assist in accurate and timely loan disbursement processes.
  • Manage collections for current and overdue accounts as per schedules.
  • Enter collection data into the system and ensure timely deposit of collected payments.
  • Follow up with clients to address their queries, resolve issues, and maintain portfolio quality.

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Address customer concerns promptly throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support sourcing channels through training and help reduce FTNR (First Time Not Right) cases and rejections.

  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through successful loan sourcing and closures.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies, risk guidelines, and regulatory norms.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer behavior, and industry changes.

Seeking an experienced IT professional to provide technical support for core NBFC and NBFC-MFI applications. The role involves application troubleshooting, platform management, documentation, and supporting upgrades and new implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Core Banking, LOS/LMS, and related applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for application enhancements and integrations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support application upgrades, testing, and new deployments.
  • Train end-users and junior support staff.
  • Manage platform configurations, integrations, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in NBFC/NBFC-MFI application support.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and scripting preferred.
  • Certifications in database/application management are an advantage.

The role involves sourcing eligible customers, conducting credit assessments, managing end-to-end loan processes, and ensuring strong portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have solid field experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire potential customers for Micro Enterprise Loans through field visits, market mapping, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct customer profiling, income assessment, and preliminary credit evaluation as per MEL guidelines.
  • Manage the complete customer onboarding journey, including documentation, verifications, and loan application submission.
  • Coordinate with credit, branch, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor portfolio health by tracking repayments, identifying risk indicators, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Address customer queries and provide seamless service support.
  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, leads, customer interactions, and daily performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; candidates with experience in MEL, MSME, Microfinance, or NBFC lending will be preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in field sales or lending, ideally within MEL or similar portfolios.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Field-oriented with good knowledge of local markets in Panvel and Borivali.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in problem solving.
  • Basic understanding of loan processes, KYC norms, and credit assessment.
